Site Study

We research local building and zoning ordinances, site topography, environmental factors and views to understand the best placement of the project. RMA offers complementary site studies for clients who own or are considering purchasing a specific site.

Programming

We help you select from a menu of room options to understand your square footage needs. RMA compiles these options into two programming diagrams, you pick your favorite and we make minor adjustments.

Conceptual Design

From the programming diagram, RMA creates two floor plans, you pick your favorite and we turn it into a 3D model.

Design Development

We review the model and dive deeper into the design, creating interior elevations of kitchens, bathrooms and other important spaces. We create lighting and power plans. We will also assist you in choosing materials and appliances.

Construction Documentation

Once the design is finalized, RMA will create a permit set of drawings to submit to the building department and coordinate with engineers and any other consultants on the project.
